The Bihar Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Bihar RERA) on October 13, 2025, notified regarding the Single Affidavit Format for Division of Share between Promoter and Landowner.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It has issued directions under Sub-Regulation (c) of Regulation 13 of the Bihar RERA (General) Regulations, 2024, mandating that promoters shall submit a single affidavit-cum-declaration detailing the division of shares between the promoter and landowner for marketing and selling purposes.
• The affidavit, in the prescribed format, shall be jointly signed by all landowners and the promoter and submitted along with the project registration application.
• This step aims to prevent duplication or overlap in unit distribution and ensure clear, transparent disclosure of share allocation.
• The directive is effective immediately for new registrations.
